The Little Neptunegrass (Cymodocea nodosa) is found in the shallow parts of the Mediterranean Sea and the adjoining parts of the Atlantic Ocean (up to ~20m depth). Cymodocea nodosa forms extensive and patchy meadows in shallow coastal and transitional ecosystems.
