Information for presenters

Poster

• Poster format orientation: Vertical, maximum size 90 x 60 cm.

• Posters can be handled during coffee breaks and lunchtime.

• Fixing material (pins and stickers) will be available.

• Posters can be mounted from on Monday 7th April (Exact timings TBC)

• The poster boards will be numbered by the organizers.

• All posters will be on display for the duration of the congress.
• Authors are expected to be available at their posters on the Tuesday Poster session: 18:00-19:30. (Please note that there will be no time allocated for individual poster presentations).

Talks

• Presentations are recommended to be done in PowerPoint (Widescreen 16:9). PDF files are not encouraged.
• Talk length is 9 minutes (9 min presentation + 1 min changeover).
