Registration Fees include:
• Access to talks (and subject specific workshops for Days 1-3 registrations) in the ESRW2 venue for the three days (8th-10th April 2025)
• Coffee Breaks and light refreshments.
• Entry to Final Social Event on the evening of Thursday 10th April 2025
• Conference welcome package

Cancellation policy :

Registered conference participants who cancel their registrations will receive a refund of the conference registration fee as follows:

Cancellation before 31 December 2024 : Refund of 80%.

Cancellation from 1 January 2025 to 31 January 2025 : Refund of 50%.

Cancellation from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2025 : Refund of 30%.

Cancellation from 1 March : No refund is provided.
